Quick Start

Up and running in 5 minutes.

ZAI lives in two places: a web portal for configuration and a Pod inside ConnectWise tickets for day-to-day use. Most users start with the Pod — here's how.

Check out the ZAI web app

Sign in with your Azure AD account. First-time sign-in may prompt you to grant the app permission.

Open a ticket in ConnectWise

The ZAI Pod appears as a panel inside any service ticket. The pod automatically knows the client and M365 tenant the ticket belongs to.

Run a chat query

Try a lookup — for example Get user john@company.com from M365. Tenant context auto-fills from the ticket, so you don't have to specify it.

Run your first workflow

Type a request such as Run password reset workflow. Fill in the required parameters on the approval card, click Approve & Run, then watch each step execute in real time.
